KEITH TURNER IS A TAX AND TRUST LAW ADVISOR

Chartered Accountants and lawyers regularly seek Keith’s specialised tax advisory services for their clients on a range of income tax planning and GST issues. Keith works in tandem with professional accountants and lawyers to provide tax law advice tailored for each situation, and provides tax advisory services to individuals and businesses.

Turner Legal also specialises in trust law, providing advice on trust planning, and establishing effective asset protection structures which comprise setting up trusts, wills, and enduring powers of attorney. Keith will provide his services as a co-trustee for trusts and executor of wills.

Keith Turner is regularly invited to present to law and accounting conferences and seminars on trust and tax issues. In 2014 he chaired the Chartered Accountants of NZ (CAANZ) National Trust Conference and presented at the New Zealand Law Society 2014 Tax Conference.

Keith is a Barrister and Solicitor of the High Court of NZ and a Solicitor of the Senior Courts of England and Wales (non-practicing). He is a past chairperson of the CAANZ Trust Special Interest group in Auckland and has been a member of STEP (The Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners) since 2004. Keith was a member of the ADLSI Trust Law Committee.

Outside of work Keith is happiest supporting his three children in their school and sporting endeavours, and likes to jog, cycle, play golf, fish, bodysurf and snow ski (when he’s not watching other sport).
